**File type:** pipe delimited.

**Location:** `/dti/exchange/cm`. The name is specified at run time

**Fields:** Old RouteID|NewRouteID|New Route Name (Optional)

**Example with optional New Route Name:** `007|7007|Baywater Road` 

**Example without New Route Name**: `009|6009`
