File type: Fixed length
Location: /dti/exchange/cm/secure/vendorexport.d
Note:
By default, the vendor file will be named “vendorexport.d
”. The Business Rule, What is the default name for the vendor file? (Account Setup section), allows you to change this default.
The Business Rule, At what level of detail should DTI Standard vendor file be exported? (Account Setup section), allows you to indicate whether the standard, standard 2, or expanded format should be used, as well as whether new or active carriers are included in the export. The possible settings are “New Standard,” “Active Standard,” “New Standard 2,” “Active Standard 2,” “New Expanded,” and “Active Expanded.”
The “active” options export all carriers who have a social security number or tax ID.
The “new” options export carriers created after a date and who have a social security number, tax ID, or vendor ID.
“Standard” means that the current DTI format will be used.
“Expanded” means the expanded format will be used. The expanded format is given below.
“2” means that (1) the Standard 2 format will be used, and that (2) all of the information will be exported to one file and the Business Rule, Should vendor export create separate export files by company? (Account Setup section), will not be considered.
Notes:
To use the DTI Standard 2 format, you must also set the Business Rule— To which system should vendor information be interfaced? (Account Setup section), to “DTI Standard 2.” To use either the Standard or Expanded formats, set this Business Rule to “DTI Standard.”
When using the DTI Standard 2 format, new vendors that appear in the export will not appear on the Vendor Change report unless the vendor's information has been modified since the create date.
If an e-mail account notification is selected for the Business Rule— What email type notification should be used to identify email addresses to include in DTI Standard 2 export? (Account Setup section), it will be exported as in the Notification ID field in the DTI Standard 2 format. If an account has the notification and an e-mail address in the notification details, the e-mail address is exported in the Notification Details field. If the account has the notification but does not have an e-mail address in the notification details, "?" will be exported instead. If the account does not have the notification, both Notification ID and Notification Details fields will be blank. If the Business Rule is not answered, the ID and details for the first active notification found for the account will be exported.
