Required changes from 2.x to 3.x

When upgrading the Writer plugin, you must make minor changes to mappings

In Writer 2.1

From Writer 3.0 and forward

Do notice, that if you roll back from 3.x to 2.x, you will need to add the mapping for notifications that is required in that version.
