# Brands (Your Clients)

For an established agency who has been doing business with us in the past, your clients are already connected to your account in our back-end system, but if you are logging into self service for the first time, you may not yet see them displayed here. To sync the self-service portal with our back-end system, please click the button Sync Now on the Brands screen. <img src="/files/BZ6F9g2Fj3xegy8065Z0" alt="" data-size="line">

{% hint style="info" %}
Please note, if you are a new agency to the media company, once you have successfully created your agency account here, you will need to contact the media company to proceed to book orders in our system.  Your agency account will need to be connected to the advertiser account for whom you are booking campaigns.  That is something we will need to connect for you in our back-end system before you can book orders on your clients' behalf. &#x20;

Available Brands will be loaded onto the brand directory grid.

The Agency user can book new campaigns for Advertisers who are already linked to your agency account. To establish a new Advertiser, you must contact us so we may add the account for you and connect it to your account.

To connect a new BRAND to an ADVERTISER who is already linked to your account, you may click the + Create Brand button in the top right. (For example, Coca-Cola is already an advertiser linked to your account for the Diet Coke brand, and you now need to place an order for Sprite and you wish to keep those as separate brands under the Coca-Cola account.)

Enter a unique ID within the Advertiser Account. Enter the client name, and select from the dropdown the Advertiser for which this client is a new brand. Select the appropriate Industry Code for the new brand from the dropdown.

If you no longer do business with a particular brand, you may click the slider to move them to "disabled"

Disabled Brands will no longer be displayed on the Brand dropdown during campaign entry. You can always enable them again in the future.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.navigaglobal.com/naviga-propel-end-user/propel-agency-user/brands-your-clients.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
