Clients

For an established agency who has been doing business with us in the past, your clients are already connected to your account in our back-end system, but if you are logging into self service for the first time, you may not yet see the clients displayed here. To sync the self-service portal with our back-end system, please click the button Sync Now.

Clients will be loaded onto the client directory grid.

The Agency user can book new campaigns for Advertisers who are already linked to your agency account. To establish a new Advertiser, you must contact us so we may add the account for you and connect it to your account.

To connect a new BRAND to an ADVERTISER who is already linked to your account, you may click the + Create Client button in the top right. (For example, Coca-Cola is already an advertiser linked to your account for the Diet Coke brand, and you now need to place an order for Sprite and you wish to keep those as separate accounts.)

Enter a unique ID within the Advertiser Account. Enter the client name, and select from the dropdown the Advertiser for which this client is a new brand.
