🔄Realtime Entitlements for New Starts via NCS

Subscribers of New Starts via NCS will soon be getting instant access to digital content. Currently, new subscriptions entered via NCS are synced overnight, delaying access. With this upgrade, entitlements will be issued in real-time through API integrations and webhooks between NCS and Subscribe.

This means:

• Automatic real-time entry creation in Subscribe using new webhook and API mechanisms.

• Immediate digital access for new subscribers, without waiting for the nightly sync.

• Temporary entitlements are granted instantly, with standard rules applied after sync.

This improvement will significantly enhance the subscriber onboarding experience and reduce wait times.

💼Enhanced Upgrade/Downgrade Billing Flow for NCS Clients

We are improving the Upgrade/Downgrade experience within the Self-Service Portal to ensure that billing changes, new offer updates, and related subscription adjustments are handled more seamlessly for subscribers of NCS clients.

With this improved feature, we are bringing improved accuracy, and seamless transitions.

🔐Cybersource API Microform v2 integration

We are upgrading our integration to Cybersource Flex API v2 to comply with their requirements. The Flex API v1 is getting deprecated soon.
