Create new assignment

If you need to create more assignments within the plan, you can do so by clicking menu on the plan. You choose which type you want. The types that are available to choose are set in the configuration by your admin, just so you know if you have less options that in the image below.

1. The name of the assignment will automatically be suggested as the name of the plan. You can change this if you want.

2. You can make a description for the assignment.

3. The date and time will follow the same date and time as the plan. You can change this if you want.

4. You will be suggested as an assignee. You can remove yourself by clicking on the delete icon.

5. You can add more assignees by the function Add assignee.

When you are done you click on Create assignment.

You see the new assignment in the list within the plan. If you added someone else but yourself, the assignee will see the assignment in his list.
