# Open linked assignment

Connection to Newsroom Planner

If your organization uses Newsroom Planning you will probably see this icon on the article card (1). 

This icon indicates that there is a planned assignment linked to this article. If you want to open this assignment  you click on the three dots on the article card and choose Open Assignment.
