General Administration

Introduction

Administration of Dashboard covers several topics, such as:

  • Configuring new units

  • Adding plugins and configure plugins

  • Update plugins

  • Create Dashboard layouts including Workspaces and Profiles.

  • Test new functionality in Dashboard

Roles in Dashboard

Some Dashboard applications have user rights built in to the application. Workspaces can for example only be created and administrated by roles as admin and power user. Some applications are admin heavy, such as the Concept Admin - you can decide what roles can create, delete and edit concepts.

Lists can be defined who can create and delete lists, and separately who can edit the content of lists.
