Switch unit

A unit represents a part of your organization, a department, or legal unit.

If you have several distinct parts in your organization you may belong to different units. It is most often different parts of the organization that have restricted sharing and viewing policies. A unit represents for example a department, or legal unit.

If you wan't to go to another unit, go to the user area settings and press Switch unit (you are then asked to select group).

When you switch unit Dashboard will reload - so if you have work in progress you will be prompted to save - and Dashboard will take a new shape - if it is configured differently. In some cases you may ot notice any difference.
