When you have logged in you will see this view. The name of the product (1) and today’s date (2). If you want to, you can filter by page name (3). You see the name of the first section (4) and the pages for this section. If there are many sections you can either scroll to reach them, or collapse the first section by clicking on it. All sections are expanded default when you open Print overview.
If you use keyboard navigation you use:
Tab = move between the different functions
Enter = expand or collapse the sections.
Depending on which system Print Overview is connected to, you can choose if you want to see the pages in spreads or as single pages. There is an icon to the right where you activate or deactivate spreads by clicking on the icon (1). The pages is now presenting as spreads (2).
To select the product you want to see you open the drop down menu to the left on the screen. Select the product by clicking on it (1). If you have many products you can filter the list by writing in the field (2).
If you use keyboard navigation you use:
Enter = Open the drop down menu. You press Enter to select a product in the menu.
Arrow = Move up and down in the list.
When you have chosen a product you will see the sections in this product as swimlanes. They are default expanded but you can collapse them by clicking on them or use tab to move to them and then press enter. In the example below all the four sections for the product WCN Morning are collapsed.
When you have a section expanded you see all the pages in this section that are created in your print system. Below every page you see some information. You see page number, status of the page and section.
If you want to see more details for a specific page you can open a preview of the page. Select it by clicking on the page and then click on the icon “i” (1) to the left on the screen.
If you use keyboard navigation you use the arrows to move among the pages in one section and press enter to open the preview of a page. To close the preview you press esc.
When someone has made changes in the print system while you are logged in you have to make a refresh to see the changes. You press on the reload icon in the top right corner.
There is a filter function if you do not want to see all the pages. You can filter by page name. In the example below I have written Opinion in the filter field. Only the pages that have "opinion" in the page name will now be visible.
If you want to log out from the application you click on the three dots in the top right corner.
