How to work with planning and publishing

Publish flow in Publication Planner

To see or change the plans or publication settings for an article,

press the three dots on the card, to open this menu:

Planning

You can change plans for an article that has a draft publication status in several ways.

  • Open the menu via the three dots (see the image above) and change date and time and press Update.

  • Drag and drop the article to the time slot in Publication Planner.

  • Open the article in Writer and change time in the save/publish menu.

The different publication statuses are displayed as colors and are visible when you hover the card. There can be other statuses, such as approval status. That is configurable in the publish flow in Writer plugin Publish Flow.
