in your dashboard go to > plugins > install plugin >

When updating to version 2.0 (notice requirements of Utility Agent and Status Map):

  • Update plugin

  • Add mapping to Status map (only one option)

  • Add portals for Utility agent

    Card portal: renders a card

    suggest search: renders an advanced oc search component
