It's a good idea to create a couple of profiles before getting started with workspaces, this way you have a profile to assign your workspaces to.
In the top left corner, there is a profile menu. Click this and then profile settings.
Click "Create new profile" to create a new profile.
If you already have created workspaces, you can also connect these workspaces to your profile.
To create a new workspace, follow these steps:
Click the plus icon in the left bar
Give the workspace a name (each new word is by default part of the icon in the left bar)
Assign the workspace to one or many of your profiles if you want others to be able to use the same workspace
It's also important to enable the workspace for others!
The next step is to assign a layout and applications to your workspace.
Click on the menu in the top right corner and go through the settings
Name will be visible in the top of the workspace
Layout defines what layout you have available in the workspace
Profiles: here you can add the workspace to profiles
Icon: change the shown characters, choose colour or upload an icon (jpg format)
Your workspace is by default empty. In the bottom of each column according to your layout, you will find a + icon when you hover your cursor slowly - this is only visible to administrators.
It is possible to export workspaces and then import them in another unit.
Click the menu in the top right corner
Choose Settings
Choose the Export menu
Importing workspaces is a hidden feature … click and hold the + button to get the dialogue to import workspaces.
