New article portal
In the top bar, the user can create a new article, plan and assignment at the same time, regardless which application he is in for the moment. This modal is built by two parts:
New article portal
Planning and assignment portal.
To customize the part regarding new article portal, you customize this part the same way as you do with an event card. You make the configuration about channels the same way as in Create article modal.
(You need to have the plugin Action Widget installed and configured in Dashboard, otherwise the users can not see the plus-icon in the top bar)
