If you need to create more assignments within the plan, you can do so by clicking menu on the plan. You choose which type you want. The types that are available to choose are set in the configuration by your admin, just so you know if you have less options that in the image below.
You will be suggested as the assignee automatically but if you are making this assignment for someone else just remove yourself and add the assignee that the assignment is for.
When you have added the information you want you, click on Create assignment. You will see the assignment within the plan you created it for. If you added someone else but yourself, the assignee will see the assignment in his list.
