# Remove items from list

To remove an article from the list, click the "X" in the upper right-hand corner of the article's card on the list. Be sure to save the list after you have removed your article(s).

If you need to remove all items in the list the list menu will have options for that.

By clicking the list menu you will be presented with a subset of choices to alter the list. In the example you will see "Remove items by type". This will lead to a submenu presenting all types in the list. Either you can remove all elements or just all of a certain type.
