Publication Planner is a calendar view with slots, where you plan articles to scheduled publishing.
To add a Scheduled publication-time to an article you can drag the article from you article filter (set up with Article Search) and drop the article on the correct time slot.
This may be restricted to users with certain permissions. See next section about planning in the calendar.
Go create article menu.
Select New article.
Write the article and add content and metadata.
Press save.
Add date and time for scheduled publication.
Don't forget to press Scheduled publication.
Go to the date and time slot and see the article in Publication Planner.
If you create an article with a plan and an assignment te article will also be shown in Newsroom Planner. When you add a scheduled publication time the article will be included in Publication Planner.
Go to create article menu.
Select Create article (with plan and assignment).
Add article info.
Add date and time about Scheduled publication.
Press Create article.
(before you press Create article, you may also be able add planning and assignment details to be used in Newsroom Planner, i.e. if Newsroom Planner is part of your set up)
Go to the date and time slot and see the article in Publication Planner.
