Yes you can do it

If you want to send a push notification right away, simply fill the Title or Body text fields of the form, select which application to send the message to and press the send button.

When you have pressed the button to send the push notification, the form view will close and you will be back in the list view that will display the newly sent push notification in the list of historic push notifications.
