Setup Canadian Tax Codes

Similar to tax codes setup for US and Ireland, Canada has its own set of tax codes. In Canada there are several different types of vendors, each with their own set of codes:

For each requirement, enter the applicable codes.

Enter an ID and a Description at the bottom and click + to add to the list. Save when you have a completed list. Repeat for each of the four Tax Form Requirements.

This will be used in vendor mainenance for any vendors with one of these tax form requirements.
