Introduction

Welcome to the documentation for Naviga Ad's Digital-First Platform

This site provides comprehensive documentation for Naviga Ad, Naviga Plan, and Informer, structured by module for ease of navigation. Use the sidebar on the left to explore the documentation module-by-module and access Release notes for specific versions. Additionally, each page includes a right-hand navigation panel to quickly jump to various topics within that page.

When using a mobile device or smaller screen:

  • The left navigation collapses and is accessible through the three horizontal bars on the top left.

  • Note: The right navigation will not be displayed on smaller screens

  • Contact us links collapses into 3 dots at the top of the page

Select Your Version

Upon accessing our site, the most recent released software version will be automatically selected for you. To explore other versions, look to the left navigation at the top. There, you can find a dropdown menu (indicated by a down arrow) allowing you to select alternate versions of the software. Additionally, future releases are typically visible on this menu a few weeks before their official launch. This feature aims to help our clients prepare in advance and provides beta testers with early access to relevant documentation. Only the last 4 or 5 releases are available in this dropdown. If there is something else you need in an older version, let us know and I can get you the information you are looking for.

To assist you in finding specific information quickly, a search box is conveniently located at the top of the screen. Use it to directly navigate to topics of interest. Our goal is to make your experience as intuitive and supportive as possible.

Type in a key word and then select to look in either the current version or across all published versions

The system will do its best to return information in that topic. Scroll thru the results and select one to go to that page.

To use AI to answer your question, phrase your query as a question and then click the option to ask AI

The system will return an AI answer to the query:

Scroll to the bottom of the generated response and there will be one or more links directing the user to the source page(s) where it got the answer.

Contact Options

For any inquiries or support needs, you can contact us in multiple ways.

Simply hover over the "Contact Us" text. A dropdown menu will appear, offering various contact methods including email, access to our support portal (login required), and a contact form on the Naviga website.

Light/Dark Mode

Mode Selection: For your viewing comfort, user can switch between light and dark mode, suiting your preference. The light/dark mode options are now located in the page footer, so scroll down to change your selection.

Please provide feedback!

On the right navigation of each and every page, there is a feedback option to provide feedback on that page.

This is very helpful to me to understand what is and isn't working for you. Click on a frown, neutral, or smiley face and a text box will appear.

Let me know in the comment what you were looking for on that page and didn't find or what was really helpful so that I know and can take it into consideration when I next update the page.

Please do NOT use this feedback for system bugs or new feature requests. This feedback is anonymous so I have no way to reach out and contact you with questions for bugs and enhancements. So, this should just be used for documentation feedback. Bugs should get reported in the customer portal and new features should be requested in the enhancement portal.

Export as a PDF

Each page has the option to export as a pdf, which might be helpful if you are creating your own internal testing document or something like that. You could export it as a pdf and then convert it to Word and make it your own with your products, workflows, etc, in the screenshots.

There is a limit of 100 pages though, so you can't export the entire site (can't imagine why anyone would want to do that - it would be outdated within a week since this site is constantly getting updated) - but it might be helpful to export certain pages, like the Release Guide for a particular release - but once the documentation for an older release is archived, I do attach a pdf of the release notes in the video archive for that release - so again, not sure how helpful downloading pdf's would really be...perhaps if you have a really long flight and are worried you won't be able to fall asleep :-)
