Inventory Checking
There are different Inventory screens depending on the type of ad you are booking.
Print Position Inventory
This screen will show what has already been booked or what is available for any given print issue date. The below example is a monthly magazine with several premium positions which have a limited number of pages available for booking. Anything that is no longer available will be displayed in gray. Anything with space available will be in green. The number in the grid is the Page Eq. that remains.

Sponsorship Inventory Availability
Digital position setup allows for the option of it being a sponsorship type inventory or an impression type inventory. This report displays the inventory available of sponsorships of the different positions for a digital product. Enter start date/end date range.

Impression Inventory Availability
This report displays the inventory available of impressions of the different positions for a digital product. The report starts at the date chosen by the user and displays the following 12 months.

Combined Inventory Availability
This report shows all positions/ sections available for both sponsorships and impressions for the positions per digital product. User can enter the search criteria by group or by product or by preset package, for a certain date range. User can limit the data by choosing more criteria such as the advertiser, brand, agency, sales rep and order statuses. The report will display the inventory type being a sponsorship or impression, the total inventory, the available inventory, and the different statuses per order.

Production Calendar for Date-Based Products
Navigate to this report from Production -> Production Calendar for Date-Based Products
This screen provides a display of production calendar and orders for a date-based product such as e-newsletters by various filters such as date range, product or product group and controller name.
This can be viewed as an Inventory type report to visualize what spots can still be sold and can also be utilized as a production report to track what materials have been received vs what still needs to be worked on. This can be viewed for a single product or for multiple products.
