Brand Reports

Navigate to Customers -> Brands -> Brand Assignment.

There are 3 reports related to Brand Assignment. These reports aren't for changing the reps, but rather a display to show which brands are assigned to whom.

Brand Assignment by Rep

Select a sales person and an "as of" date at the top. Grid displays Advertiser, brand, the type of assignment, the effective date for the assignment, and when their last campaign ends and if it is a split account between more than one rep. This list can be exported to Excel or PDF format.

Brand Assignment by Rep Group

Similar report to above, but the filter at the top is for a group of reps rather than an individual rep.

Brand Assignment by Agency

Select the desired agency in the top right. Grid displays the advertiser and the brand(s) assigned to that agency. This list can be exported to Excel or PDF format. Clicking on the Advertiser ID will take the user to Name Maintenance with this advertiser opened, and the Brand ID Link will take the user to the Brand Maintenance screen, with the Brand opened.

Rep Assignments by Advertiser

Select an advertiser at the top right and see the rep(s) assigned to the account by brand. This includes any rep split info as well. This list can be exported to Excel or PDF format.

Agency Changes Report

Select a date range at the top right and a report will display the agency changes during that time, as well as who changed them, what they were and what it was changed to.
