Year End Close

This process closes a Financial Year. This may be rerun as needed prior to closing the next fiscal year.

For Balance Sheet accounts the year end totals will be used to create opening balances for the next Financial Year.

For Profit and Loss accounts the year end totals will be posted to the Retained Earnings account's opening balance for the next fiscal year.

Trial & Live Run Year End

User Selects Company, Year & Retained Earnings G/L Account and clicks Run Trial Year End

Report will display Retained Earnings total and Calculated Retained Earnings at the top and G/L Account level details at the bottom

View Prior Years Reports

User can choose the company and year for which previous reports were run.

User can export the results to Excel.
