Reconciliation Outside the Statement

Four additional menu items allow users to view Deposit/Payment transactions (top pair) or mark Deposit/Payment transactions as reconciled (bottom pair) without entering a Statement record itself.

Similar to the Bank Reconciliation itself, user checks the boxes for individual transactions, or checks the box in the Column Titles bar to select all transactions at once. Then clicking on “Reconcile Selected Transactions” will add a Reconciled Date to the transactions that will exclude them from being loaded into a Bank Statement Reconciliation.

Note that there is no way to clear Reconciled Dates added this way because the transaction cannot be accessed from a Bank Statement. Changes here would require that user contacts Naviga Support Helpdesk or their account manager for assistance.

Note that on the screen Unreconciled Deposits, there’s a column titled Deposit ID which isn’t currently used in the standard system.
