List of Collection Agencies

This report displays a list of accounts which were created as Collection Agencies

To create a new Collection Agency, you must go to Customers -> Name/Address Maintenance from the A/R Module only. If you go to Name/Address Maintenance from the Ad Module, you will only have the option to create an advertiser or ad agency. In the A/R module, you see the option to create a collection agency:
