Production Links

Production links are assigned to Product/Group Ratecard lines which then default onto campaign line items. These links are visible in the confirmation template to provide clients with direct links to production information. This might be used to direct clients to your website to read production spec information rather than adding it to all of your confirmation/proposal templates. These can be set up manually or imported.

To create a new production link, enter an ID, a description and a URL. These will then be tied to a ratecard line.

Production Links Import

Navigate to the menu Setup -> Advertising Setup -> Production Links Import.

Click the “Download Template” button and save the template to your desktop.

Fill in the columns as per the instruction in the Import Template section of this document.

Save the template to your desktop.

Click the “Select” button so that you can upload the template onto Naviga. Click “Test Import File” button and the system will then alert you to errors in the template. Click OK to view the details of the errors.

If there are errors, click the red x to remove the uploaded file and then edit the template on your desktop with the corrections. Save the file and repeat the upload steps until you get a success message.

When finished, click “Import File” and the system will then import the list of production links to Naviga. You can view them in the menu Setup -> Advertising Setup -> Production Links. They are now ready for use.
