HTML Templates

These HTML Templates are used in the Exhibition module for Order Proposals and Confirmations. Similar to other forms, you will need to select create new on the left and then give this form a name and description. If this is to be used only a specific exhibition, select the exhibition in the dropdown. Otherwise, can be left blank to use for all shows.

Be sure to set active to "yes" to allow it to be used.

Click the button to see merge tags that are available to use in building the form.

Exhibition Documents

Documents related to a show can be linked here and then retrieved from the floorplan overview screen.

1. Select the desired show from the top right order

2. Click the "Create new" button on the left column

3. Select the document type of Link or file

4. Give it a name and optional description

5. If providing a link. paste the link into the Link Path.

6. If uploading a file, click select and then navigate to the file location to upload it to the system.

7. Save the document.

These documents can then be retrieved from the Floorplan.

Other

Proposal / Multimedia Word Templates and Proposal / Multimedia Templates are only used by Naviga Ad Classic customers and are not for Digital First.
