To do a simple swap between two pages, do the following:
Select the two pages to be swapped
Select Pages -> Swap Pages and the two pages will switch positions. (on a Mac, can do ⌥-Shift-W as a keystroke instead if desired, or Alt-Shift-W on Windows.)
Important note - this moves only the ads on the pages. It does not move the Running order or the Color that was assigned to those pages.
