# Article name

This sets a name of the article in the top bar. The article name will stay constant if you change the header of the article. The function is useful when you want to have it included in Dashboards's suggest search functionality. It is also a field on the Planner tool's cards in Dashboard.

1. The new article has no article name ![](https://677567182-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-legacy-files/o/assets%2F-LZhrAmZtyBbF7fWLKl8%2F-Lubgh-0X8UgrJt80ody%2F-Lubh4g-cQJjrVpCvx0X%2FScreenshot%202019-11-26%20at%2013.33.02.png?alt=media\&token=efba6a16-8ff4-4704-ad50-ba50a2e93e0b)
2. If you have written the header, the article name willl be suggested to the same, but this can be changed. ![](https://677567182-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-legacy-files/o/assets%2F-LZhrAmZtyBbF7fWLKl8%2F-Lubgh-0X8UgrJt80ody%2F-LubhWAfk7TCrdC5t4I1%2FScreenshot%202019-11-26%20at%2013.35.41.png?alt=media\&token=6d48d256-8e1f-4943-a288-7740754f0815)

The length of the article name can be configured in the plugin confg.

The configuration is set in the plugin [Article Name](https://plugins.writer.infomaker.io/).
