Quick Line Entry
Quick Entry tool uses packages with ratecards which has previously been setup with all details of a line, even with GAM Targeting and other details as setup on the ratecard line. Once user chooses the ratecard line, these values automatically populate the line item fields on the campaign entry screen. This simplifies the line item entry process removing any additional need for user to enter numerous values in all different types of fields every time user enters a new line item. User is still allowed to edit the line items details to fit the specific needs of the campaign and the advertiser.
Create a new campaign and click on the “Save” button on the campaign header. In the pop-up, click on “Quick Entry” button. You can also use the "Quick Line Entry" button from any existing campaign under the Line Items node.
You can then select a package, copy another campaign, or select a Product/Ad Type/Rateline combination:

You can edit the line items if the package is setup to allow editing or deleting items.
Or you can select a product from the drop-down menu and a ratecard line.

Note that once you choose the ratecard line, the fields are auto-populated with the values from the ratecard. You can still change the fields’ values in the line as you see fit before you add the line to the campaign.
Click on the button “Check Line Inventory” at the bottom of this screen and the system lets you know if there is available inventory or not. Once the inventory is cleared, you can click “Create Lines” to add the line item. If you click Create Lines without having done the inventory check, the system will still check inventory and will prevent the user from proceeding if the inventory is not available (depending upon permissions, user may still be able to proceed)
Note that there is a Discount percentage button which overrides the discount on the campaign header and is applied to each line item you are adding.
Hover over the Qty field inventory mark and note that the system displays inventory available broken by month if the line is running for multiple months.
Quick Entry for a Print Ad Type
Quick Line Entry of print type product allows user to enter multi-select dates as end date where it fits within the campaign dates. Note that classified liner type ads are not allowed in quick entry.
Navigate to a campaign and choose the “Quick Line Entry” option. Choose a print product from the “Select a Product” drop-down menu. Choose the ad type and rate line from the drop-down menus.
Note that the Start/ End field contains a button “Multi-select” to choose the issues for the product.
Note that the issues available within the campaign date range are there to be chosen.
Choose the issues and click Apply. The lines are added to the list

Once you click “Create Lines”, the system consolidates the issues into the one line if the setup allows for not splitting lines.
Navigate to Campaigns -> Create a New Campaign with campaign dates within the validity range of the package. The product group in the campaign must contain the products in the desired package
Category Metadata
For Classified Display ads it may be necessary to add a category tree and category to this quick line entry ad so that Naviga Plan can lay out the ad in the appropriate section on the page. Select the Category Metadata tab and enter the desired information.
Surcharges in Quick Line Entry
For classified display ads where metadata is used to trigger surcharges on a campaign, these surcharges can be added to line items when saving the Quick Line Entry screen to create the line items.
To add the surcharges the user would first put the product(s) and dates onto the Lines tab in Quick Line Entry as shown in the simple example below:

Note the price for this is a flat $20 for this line item
Then click on the "Category Metadata" tab and select the category tree and category, and fill in any needed metadata questions. THEN, click the Apply Adjustments button at the top, to add any adjustments to the line:

The user can then click Create Lines from this screen, or toggle back to the "Lines" tab and confirm that the metadata charges were added:

Notes
Any notes entered into the Notes tab in Quick Line Entry will be applicable to all the line items created.
Packages using Prompts
Navigate to a campaign line and choose the “Quick Line Entry” button. Choose the package from the “Select a Package” field. The following example is a package which was setup with the "Prompt for Product Selection" and "Prompt for Package Multiplier" buttons enabled.

The pop-up screen to choose the products displays. Check the box corresponding to the desired product.
Enter the multiplier number in the “Package Multiplier (Cycle Count)”. Then click Apply.

You can now edit the dates on the package as needed and save.
Save the campaign details.
