Book a New Campaign

To start a new Booking, click the button at the top right of the screen.

The left panel and right panel will update with data as you progress through the booking.

  1. Enter a desired Campaign Name. Any name is fine, this will help you to identify the campaign in the list of Campaigns on the Campaign Overview, and internally to the ad system it will populate the Campaign Description field.

  2. Once the campaign name is entered the user will see options below it to choose the appropriate Channel. Choices here are Print, Digital or Both. Currently Print and Digital are functional. Both will support packages and is coming soon

Booking a Digital Campaign

  1. Ad Publications will be the next step. If Print was selected, available Print Publications will display, if digital was selected then a list of available websites will display. If the list is long, use the search box to start typing and the list will be filtered. Some additional improvements are in the works for this section and this will soon be customizable to display a logo and additional text about the product offering.

  2. After selecting the digital product, select the Audience: Run of Site, Geo Targeted, or Section Targeted. Based on the targeting selection, user can pick one or more of the available targets

  3. Based on the above selection, one or more digital products will be listed to choose from. The product selection can include one or more sizes.

  4. Click Next and choose desired run dates and specify the budget. Based on the price of the selected product above, the system will calculate how many impressions can be purchased for the budget provided.

  5. Click Next and provide materials for the advertisement. The system will do a check to ensure the size that is uploaded matches the size offered in the product selection (in the below example that will be a 300x250 pixel creative size. Choices here include uploading a new creative now, choosing from the library of previously creatives you previously provided or build your own creative (See Section Build your Creative for more info on building your own).

  6. Once a creative has been successfully uploaded, additional creatives (if there are multiple sizes) can be added by clicking the Upload Button:

  7. To Replace the image, click the red trash can icon to remove the existing material and select a different one to replace it. Only one material can be uploaded per size.

  8. Enter the Destination URL, which will be url the reader gets taken to when they click on your ad from the website. Once a valid URL is entered the "Test" icon will be enabled so you can test and ensure you are taken to the expected website. Then click next to continue.

  9. Confirm Address and contact information, then click next

  10. Enter payment information. If this is the first booking, click to add profile to add payment details. If there are already one or more payment profiles available, select the desired profile to enable the next button to continue.

    1. If the user has been approved for submitting orders without a prepayment an additional option will be available here to submit the campaign and be billed later.

  11. Once all the booking steps have been completed, the "Book Campaign" button becomes enabled and the user can complete the booking.

  12. At any time before completing the booking, the user can click the gray "Save Draft" button to save their progress and come back to it later from the Campaign Overview Dashboard.

  13. After clicking "Book Campaign" a final confirmation screen will pop up confirming that either your card is about to be charged or the booking will be confirmed and paid later after invoicing.

Booking a Print Campaign

(See "Book a campaign" above for steps 1 and 2)

  1. Ad Publications will be the next step. If Print was selected, available Print Publications will display. If the list is long, use the search box to start typing and the list will be filtered. Some additional improvements are in the works for this section and this will soon be customizable to display a logo and additional text about the product offering.

  2. After selecting the print product, select the Placement and Format. What is selected here will set the position and Size of the booking.

  3. Schedule the ad in the next step. One or more issue dates can be selected. If the deadline has passed for an issue date that you need, please contact us to see if we can still squeeze it into the issue for you.

  4. Click Next and provide materials for the advertisement.

    1. Upload Creative - click upload creative and your file system window will appear where you can navigate to the desired pdf file for uploading.

    2. Build Creative - coming soon!

    3. Choose from Library - window will open to display images and pdf's used in past campaigns. Use the search to search on the file name to find desired material. Use the Images or pdf button to filter on file type to separate print creative from digital. The system will do a check to ensure the correct size is selected to match the booking,

  5. Once a creative has been successfully uploaded, click next. (User can also click the red trashcan to remove the material and select something else.

  6. Confirm Address and contact information, then click next

  7. Enter payment information. If this is the first booking, click to add profile to add payment details. If there are already one or more payment profiles available, select the desired profile to enable the next button to continue.
