The colour ribbon
The ribbon is configurable by agency to match a particular piece of metadata provided by the agency. For example, stories tagged "breaking" by an agency might have a red ribbon. Check with your administrator for your specific implementation of the ribbon.

As depicted in image above the cards are now configurable based on the 'Article Card Settings' in the configuration.
