Release Digital Lines
Prerequisite Setup
Navigate to Setup -> Admin -> Ad Server Integration Setup. Select the Settings node on the left, select your ad Server and desired Profile from the Integrations Settings section as shown below:

There are two related settings in here to indicate if this setting is to be used and who can approve them.
#4 - Require User Approval to Send to GAM - set this to yes if you wish to use this functionality
#5 - User Groups allowed to Approve / Release GAM Orders on Hold - if the above is set to yes, then only the selected groups of users will be allowed to approve GAM lines. Note - Users product security (in Group Security menu) still applies here - so just because I am set to be allowed to approve doesn't mean that I can approve all orders - only those orders my product security allows me to access. Menu Security also applies, so user may need to be given access to the menu to be able to get to the approval page.
Using the Queue
Once enabled, navigate to Campaigns -> Release Digital Lines. This is a new menu item, so depending on how you configured menu security, you may need to enable/disable security so that desired users can find the menu item, and users who don't need to see it won't see it.

If you are not seeing the expected order in the release queue, use this list to help troubleshoot:
Is the product configured to go to GAM? (Product Setup)
Was the campaign from an import? Imported lines do not apply
Is the line using an Ad Server Profile that isn't set to require approval? (Ad Server Integration Setup)
Has the order already been approved? (Check the Campaign Header or line item to see if it is already in GAM)
Has the order already been sent to GAM? (Check the Campaign Header or line item to see if it is already in GAM)
Does the profile have security groups attached and you are not in that group? (Ad Server Integration Setup)
Is the Ad Server inactive?
Is the campaign in a status that doesn't sync to GAM?
Is the Ad Type configured to be a GAM ad type? (Ad Type Setup)
