Client Tickets Dashboard

For Client Tickets Dashboard, navigate to Customers -> Client Tickets Dashboard, available in both the A/R Module and the Advertising Module.

To visualize client tickets, and filter across many fields, like Ticket Type, who it assigned to, who created it, etc, users can use the Client Tickets Dashboard. Click the Ticket ID to open popup window with the details of the ticket

Credit Requests Daskboard

For Credit Requests Dashboard, navigate to Customers -> Credit Requests Dashboard, available in both the A/R Module and the Advertising Module.
