Monthly Campaign Line / Actuals Import

This import was a custom feed used by just one of our advertisers, but is here and available should anyone else find it useful.

In their use case they are not using the Naviga API GAM integration. Instead they manually create a campaign header in Naviga Ad and then import the lines through this import tool. The data comes from a report that is run in GAM.
