Advertising Rep Summary

In User Security, the list of products to be displayed on this report can be selected

Reps displayed on this report must also be system users, since the products displayed are controlled by the user's setup in User Security. The reps displayed on the dropdown will be controlled by your Access Control - so one user may see different users in the dropdown than another user. I have also noticed that if a user is newly placed into the system and hasn't had their own access control reviewed and saved, they might not show up on the list - so if anyone is missing that you think should be there, go to Setup -> User Security and check their access control - and SAVE.

At the top of this report, these products can be displayed by Product or Product Group

and the Summary by advertiser below shows the spend by advertiser for the selected products.

Further down the page, several tabs display orders for the selected products. Upcoming Confirmed orders, Reserved, Quoted, and All Orders can be viewed, as well as the Budged and Confirmed vs Budget.

At the very bottom, a summary of Opportunities are displayed. This will display opportunities in their master stages. If you have not set up master stages this section will be blank. See CRM Opportunity Setup for Master Stage Setup

Exhibition Rep Summary

The exhibition rep summary will display upcoming shows and my orders for it. On the left Confirmed and Reserved revenue is displayed and on the right is a breakdown of all statuses.

My Commissions

My commissions shows a summary for my Advertising and my exhibition commissions. Future orders are also displayed here, which gives reps a change to see what is coming and it gives them a chance to request corrections in advance if something has been misassigned to the wrong rep.

At the bottom of the page, any commission adjustments are also highlighted.

Processed Commissions Report

The processed commissions report will show what has been processed for a given period.
