Address Validation Usage

This is related to an optional 3rd party integration with SmartyStreets. SmartyStreets is a REST web-service integration for Address Correction. This interface can be turned on by Naviga Personnel with a Max Calls limit per month of 250 calls for the USA and 0 for International. Clients may elect to purchase higher access tiers if they like this service.
