Space Setup

Navigate to the menu Setup -> Space Setup -> Exhibition Space setup. This menu allows you to setup the booths spaces.

Choose the exhibition from the drop down menu. Click the option “Add a New Line” and add the data. Enter the booth ID. You can copy the settings from another space or leave it blank instead. Enter the hall from the drop down. Choose the shape from the drop down menu. Enter the length and depth of the space in numeric form. Enter the adjustment type from the drop down as well as the adjustment dimensions. Click the “Add Line” button.

Repeat entering the lines. Click the save button.

You have the option to instead copy from another exhibition. To do so click the option “Copy from Another Exhibition”. Choose the exhibition from the drop-down menu to choose from and click Copy/Replace.

Import Spaces

You can also import the spaces using the “Import from a Spreadsheet” button. When this pop up displays, click on “Download Template”.

This template is an excel sheet which you can fill out with the following columns:

Fill in the columns for as many spaces as the excel sheet will allow as needed.

Save the template to the desktop and click on “Select”. Browse for the sheet, and select it. Then click on “Check Data” which will alert you to the errors in the excel sheet template. You must correct the issues and resave and reselect the file then check the data again. When you have no more errors displayed, click on “Import Lines”. This will allow you to import the space lines into the space setup screen for this exhibition. Save the settings by clicking on the save button.

Renumber Space

It may be desirable to edit the numbering of the Exhibition Spaces. To do so, navigate to Setup -> Space Setup -> Renumber Space

Select the show in the top right and a list of all spaces in that show will be displayed

The second column has a blank where you can enter in the new space ID. For reference, the current Space ID is displayed in the first Column.

Scroll to the bottom and save any changes.

Floorplan Object Types

Object types are assigned to all elements in a floorplan. Create as many object types as is needed here and be sure to mark any that are sellable space accordingly.

Setup Floorplan Colors

For various spaces on the floorplan, colors help users to identify what items are sold/reserved/quoted/available to sell
