Weekly Sales Order (WSO) Report

The Weekly Sales Order (WSO) Report exports a report containing draw estimates and ratings. The customized WSO report will be distributed to retail outlets in order to fill in details on return copies and adjustments (shortages).

To generate a WSO Report:

• Select Utilities | Custom Menu | Handheld Export to display the Hand Held Data Feed Export screen.

  

  

  
• Select Add and complete the below fields.

  Field	Type	What to enter
  TRUCK SEQUENCE	setup	Specify the truck sequence for this export.
  TRUCK DEPARTURE	setup	Specify the truck departure or enter “*” to multi-select.
  SINGLE COPY TYPE	setup	Indicate the single copy type for this truck sequence (“rack”, “dealer”, etc.). Enter “*” to multi-select single copy types.
  START DATE	date	Enter the start date for the export. The report will run for 7 days, inclusive of the start date.

• Select Continue to generate the report.
