Close Day for AAM

Many newspapers impose a cutoff date on AAM circulation figures. After a date is “closed”, no transactions can be entered that will affect AAM circulation figures for that date (for example, no returns or draw adjustments may be entered).
Notes:
You may not close a day for which a publishing run is not complete.
You must close the publishing dates for AAM in order to purge AAM history.
Select Close Day For AAM from the Utilities menu to display the Close Day for AAM screen.
Specify the product and cutoff date for closing AAM.

Enter the product for which the day should be closed for AAM reporting purposes.
CLOSE DATE
date
Enter the cutoff date for closing AAM. For example, if you enter 3/11/10 as the close date, all dates through 3/11/10 will be closed; i.e., Circulation will not allow you to enter returns or draw adjustments for any day up to and including this date, or to otherwise affect AAM history before this date.
Select Continue to close all days through the cutoff date for AAM reporting purposes.
