Churn
The Churn tab on the Customer Services screen displays churn information received from the Common Data Platform (CDP) server, which analyzes circulation data and returns churn indicators for each subscription.
These indicators help identify the likelihood of a subscriber discontinuing their subscription. The Churn Level represents the subscriber’s satisfaction level on a scale from 1 (lowest) to 5 (highest).

The Churn tab includes the following fields:
Churn Level
Displays the churn level of the subscription as calculated by the CDP server.
Churn Score
Displays the churn score of the subscription calculated by the CDP server.
Churn Date
Indicates the date on which the churn data was imported into Circulation.
Customer satisfaction is visually represented using emoji indicators based on the Churn Level value, where the scale ranges from 1 (lowest satisfaction) to 5 (highest satisfaction).
A Churn Retention table is displayed to the right of the Churn tab. This table is intended to display churn retention offers available for the subscriber.
