Working with fact boxes

Fact boxes created in Naviga Writer will be sent to NCS Content. The fact box will be linked to its parent article as article type "Factbox."

The fact box will be assigned the same name, publication date, channel and category metadata as its parent article.

In the Editorial Web Service configuration, a default fact box format is configured. The fact box will be assigned this format by default. The format may be changed in NCS Content to any other format.
