Churn Levels

Use Churn Levels to define churn score ranges for each product. These levels categorize subscribers based on churn analysis results received from the Common Data Platform (CDP) server and are used for customer retention analysis and reporting.

Each churn level defines a score range and can include an icon that visually represents the subscriber’s churn category in the system.

To add a churn level:

  1. Select Churn Levels from the Products menu to display the Churn Levels window.

  2. Click the Add () and complete the following fields.

    Select the product for which the churn level is being defined.

    CHURN LEVEL

    Enter the churn category for the product.

    START DATE

    date

    Enter the date on which the churn level becomes effective.

    END DATE

    date

    Enter the date on which the churn level expires. This field is optional and can be left blank if no end date applies.

    CHURN MIN VALUE

    decimal

    Enter the minimum value for the churn level range.

    CHURN MAX VALUE

    decimal

    Enter the maximum value for the churn level range.

    DESCRIPTION

    open

    Enter any additional details about the churn level.

    ICON LOCATION

    open

    Enter the path or reference to the icon associated with the churn level.

  3. Click OK to save the churn level or Add Another to save the existing record and add another churn level.
