Billing Export

This option creates an output file containing billing information by route by AAM zone, for a selected company, product and date range.

To produce this file:

• Select Billing Export from the AAM menu to display the AAM Billing Export window.

  
• Click Add and complete the following fields.

  Field	Type	What to enter
  COMPANY	setup	Enter the company
  PRODUCT	setup	Enter the product.
  START DATE END DATE	date	Enter the date range for which you want to export billing information.
  FILE NAME	open	Enter the name of the export file.
  FILE OPTION	predefined	If an existing file exists with the same file name, indicate whether you want to append or replace that file.

• Click OK and then Continue to export the information. The file format is described in Appendix B.
