How to Manage Newspapers (Divisions) And Newspaper Groups

Newspaper Management subsection of the Admin section allows to create/edit Newspapers and Newspaper Groups. The form looks different for the different hierarchy levels:

  • at the Newspaper level (see the form at the top) the user is able to create/edit a Newspaper;

  • at the Newspaper Group level (see the form at the bottom) the user is able to create/edit a Newspaper Group.

You can easily add, edit and delete newspapers and newspaper groups in the CMS.

Add a Newspaper

  1. From the CMS, select Admin from the sidebar, then select Newspaper Management. The newspaper management screen appears.

  2. Select the + Add button. The newspaper fields become active.

  3. Fill in the required fields

4. Select Save.

Edit a Newspaper

  1. From the CMS, select Admin from the sidebar, then select Newspaper Management. The newspaper management screen appears.

  2. Select the desired newspaper (division) from the Select a Division drop-down menu. The newspaper's information populates in the fields below.

  3. Perform your desired edits, then select Save.

Delete a Newspaper

  1. From the CMS, select Admin from the sidebar, then select Newspaper Management. The newspaper management screen appears.

  2. Select the desired newspaper (division) from the Select a Division drop-down menu.

  3. Select the Delete button. The newspaper is removed from your system.
