Churn Statistics Import
Note: The ChurnRetention feature is a licensed add-on. Contact Naviga Global Support to obtain a password.
Note: Access to the Churn Statistics Import menu option is controlled through Menu Security. The default security value is Not Activated, which prevents users from accessing this menu item. Only users who are associated with the Menu Security ID have access to this option. Access is configured under: System > Security Menu > Menu Security. For assistance, contact Naviga Support.
The Churn Statistics Import utility is used to import churn statistics received from the Common Data Platform (CDP) server into Naviga Circ.
The imported churn data is displayed on the Customer Service screen, categorized by the subscription churn score range.
To import churn statistics
Select
Graphical Utilities | Import | Churn Statistics Importto display the Churn Statistics Import window.Input File LocationThe churn statistics file must be placed in the churn/in subdirectory of the default exchange directory.
Path:
[defaultdir]/churn/inNote: Ensure that the churn/in subdirectory exists within the default exchange directory before running the Churn Statistics Import utility.

Click Add and complete the following fields.
FieldWhat to enterRead Option
Specify whether the import should be executed in commit mode (imports churn statistics into Circulation) or edit mode (reads the file without importing and displays any errors). It is recommended to first run the import in edit mode to verify that there are no errors.
File Name
Enter the name of the file to import. The churn statistics will be imported from this file located in the churn/in subfolder of the default exchange directory.
Click OK and then Continue to import the churn statistics.

Number of times the subscription was in grace excluding temporary stop days

Total number of complaints since the last start

Total number of rate changes since the last start

Total number of renewals since the last start

Total number of payments since the last start

Total number of new starts
WeeklyDeliveryDays
Total number of delivery days per week based on the delivery schedule
LastTermLengthInDays
Number of days purchased with the last payment
ChurnLevel
Churn level of the subscription calculated by the CDP server
ChurnScore
Churn score of the subscription calculated by the CDP server (range 0.00–1.00)
