Single Copy Demographic Answers

Use this option to import answers to single copy demographics from an external file. The format of the file must be Route | Answer.

The file can be any name, but must be placed in the [DefaultDir]/exchange/cm directory.

To import the file:

1. Select Utilities | Import | SC Demo Answer to display the SC Demographic Answer screen.

   
2. Select Add.

3. Select the demographic for which answers are being imported, and enter the file name to import.

4. Select Continue to import the file. The demographic answers will be set for the routes contained in the file, and a processing file will display details of the import process.
