Using this user guide
The Naviga Plan User Guide serves as a detailed reference to all Naviga Plan features.
A new version of this guide is published annually. Prior years can be accessed at the top left of this screen
Incremental Plan releases are published throughout the year with a list of important bug fixes and enhancements being included in the Naviga Plan Release Notes. At the beginning of the year nothing will be in the Release Notes list, as the prior years release notes will be incorporated into the documentation in the relevant section. As new builds are released, the current year release notes page will be updated.
Getting help
If you have a question or experience a problem when working with Naviga Plan, please refer to the user guide to be sure you are using the application in the way it is designed to be used.
To locate information about specific features or commands, use the search function in this documentation site.
If you are unable to find an answer or explanation to help you, contact your system administrator. If your system administrator cannot solve the problem, he or she can contact Naviga’s Customer Support Department. For your convenience, a link to the Support Portal is included in the "contact us" dropdown at the top of this site (login is required)
Learning Naviga Plan
Naviga provides a variety of options for you to learn Naviga Plan, including video recordings from your initial trainings, webinars, and user group videos, as well as this document.
