Getting Started with Plan Web

Naviga Plan's browser version - called Plan Web - is almost ready for launch. We will be rolling out to select clients throughout the Fall.

Plan Web will be offered in a bundle with Plan Automation and will be able to replace using workspaces for most users. Those who are doing setup and creating new templates will likely still need their workspace for a little longer, but users who are just layout pages should be able to do it in the browser.

Launching Naviga Plan Web

Using your browser, enter the URL provided by Naviga Personnel. Plan Web runs just in a browser, so there is no need for workspaces, unless you need to get to the setup apps, or do some advanced functions that are not yet available in the browser version.

Login with the same user and password you would use in the Naviga Plan application. This is case sensitive for both the username and the password, so be sure to enter exactly as it has been created in Plan Setup.

Note that the version information is available in the blue box on the login screen, and also at the bottom left of the screen once logged in:

Logging out

To Logout of Naviga Plan click on the exit door at the bottom right of the browser window:

If you happen to get stuck and the page is not responding properly, can also force a logout by holding the Alt (⌥ key on mac) and then clicking the logout icon.
